Hello, My name is Mackenzie Shephard
Iām based in Orlando, Florida in the lovely little historical town of Winter Garden. I have a strong passion for all things art and human made. Iām currently attaining a degree in Graphic Design at the University of Central Florida while also working as a freelance caricature artist, which has me In various locations across Florida, and occasionally across the country.
Much of my work is inspired by the myths and legends of humanity. I have a very colorful traditional illustrative style. I love texture and being able to see the paint strokes in my work. I am constantly thinking of my next piece and seeking out my references in the world around me.
When I am not creating artwork, you would find me at home reading a novel or hanging out with my family!
